- Items purchased from TX-AES will always be carefully packed to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they were in at our facility. When necessary or at your request, purchases will be crated to insure their safe arrival. The best shipping method will be found for your purchase, and you will only be charged the actual shipping cost. Most items ship within 2 business days; small items may go out the same day, if the order is received before 1:00pm CST.

This information is only used to process your order(s) and will not be sold, nor will we contact you unless, we have a question about your order. - Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted on guaranteed item(s). Items sold "as is" cannot be returned. Our warranty, return and/or replacement information will be clearly indicated in the item description. Please read and understand all product information before you purchase an item from TX-AES.
- Ordering
- Ordering can not be easier. Just look for the item you want and add it to the shopping cart basket. You can always call us at 830-515-5737, if you would rather place your order by phone.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- TX-AES accepts Visa, Master, Discover cards, wire transfer or money order payments. All orders must be paid for before we ship your order. The price of each item will be clearly indicated. If we have a promotion or special, you will see a line thru the regular price and the new price will be listed below it.
- Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information
- To check the progress of your order, just login to your account using you email address and password. Once you’re logged in, you will see a list of items on the left hand side of your screen. Just select the item you want to view or change.
